The Challenge

Austmine is the leading industry body within the MET’s sector. A key priority is to clearly understand and respond to the needs of the membership group, ensuring value for members as well as offering activities and programs that are timely and relevant.


The Solution

The agency embarked on a sustained research project built around online surveys and phone interviews with members, this included qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the research were fed directly into our recommendations.


We also spent time with the Austmine team leading brand and Value Proposition Design workshops, this gave us insight into the clients’, ideas, values and vision moving towards the future. The themes and feedback from our workshops along with the earlier research phase were reflected in a designed report of research and recommendations.
